Hoar Park - Dashboard

Welcome to Hoar Park Fishery, we are a beautifully secluded fishery set in the heart of the North Warwickshire Countryside. We have two reed lined lakes full of Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Bream.

My name is Chay Jackson and I have recently taken on the lease for Hoar Park, I have an extensive knowledge of fishery management.

There are 2 lakes approximately 1.5 Acres and 3/4 Acre, both are stocked with a mixture of coarse fish including Carp to 21lb, Tench, Roach, Bream,Gudgeon and Rudd. The Lakes are set amongst some stunning rolling countryside with 360 degree vies of fields and forest.

Wildlife abounds on the fishery with Buzzards, Green Woodpeckers and Muntjack Deer being just a few of the animals spotted during a days fishing.

We also cater for small club matches, corporate angling days, Coaching and have regular open matches.

The Lakes

'The Bowl'
'The Bowl' is our newly built 100 peg match/Pleasure lake. It is not yet finished but has already been extensiveley stocked with Carp to 6lb, we will be adding further stocks of Carp, Roach, Bream, Chub and Tench between now and its opening (Spring 2011).We will also bebuilding purpose built fishing platforms and installing a floating island to add features, it will also be planted with Lilly's and Iris.

Buzzard Pool
Buzzard Pool is the larger of our 2 pools, at around 1 acre it holds plenty of Carp to 18lb (8-10lb average), Tench, Roach,Rudd,Bream,Gudgeon and Perch. Our ongoing stocking policy ensures there is always plenty of action to be had even in the colder months. Buzzard has lots of 'Fishy' features including Lilly Pads, Reed beds and overhanging trees.

Kestrel Pool
Kestrel is the smaller of the 2 pools at around 3/4 acre. Again the pool is stuffed with hard fighting Carp to 13lb, Tench,Roach (To over 1lb),Rudd,Gudgeon,Bream and Perch. Kestrel is a fantastic silver fish water and bags of over 20lb are not unusual. Again lots of features including deep gullys and drop offs, reed beds and Lilly Pads.
