A lovely two and a half acre landscaped lake. 27 pegs catering for day and season ticket anglers. Open all year round from 7.30am until dusk. Night fishing is available by appointment.

1 mile from junction 12 on the M1 at a small village called Fancott.

Carp up to 30lbs with specimen roach, specimen perch, rudd and specimen crucians. Together with a head of tench up to 5ilbs. A lovely peaceful venue with only a short walk from the car park.
